Come as You Are
a meditation

Come just as you are. What does that mean? What could that possibly entail?
This meditation invites you to become present and create space for whatever you might bring with you into this very present moment.

If you’re bringing thoughts, habits, stories from your past. If you are bringing the issues of the day, analysis of things on your mind, the concerns of the moment. If you are considering tomorrow, anticipating the future, or worrying about the unknown of the days or weeks to come. This meditation invites you to bring everything weighing in your mind or stored as stress in your body into this present moment.

We can use our breath to create space for all of these. We can use our breath to create a sense of presence and personal power to hold space for whatever is with us - past, present or future.
We are empowered to navigate with a sense of grace and calm whatever lies within us.

Heart Care
a meditation

This meditation brings awareness to our range of emotions, welcoming whatever lies within our hearts.

We need all of our emotions in order to lead the lives we desire. Difficult emotions can often help us realize something is wrong in a relationship or circumstance, they can nudge us to make changes and set new boundaries. Savoring positive emotions can help lead us to greater joy and ecstasy.

This meditation practices exercising curiosity and compassion for whatever surfaces, exercising the Golden Rules of heart care 💝

Golden Rules of Heart Care:
• attend to your emotions, not just experiencing them but becoming aware and attending to them
• become curious and compassionate wrt your emotions
• find a safe person to share your real emotions with - you’re not alone
• let emotions be fluid, let them move through you and not stay stuck for too long
• welcome any emotion that surfaces, even if it’s a difficult emotion

May you have courage to welcome whatever lies within
May you experience the warm embrace of compassion to soothe a wounded and aching heart
And may you find flow, releasing whatever your heart needs to let go

Deeper Rest
a meditation

Stress effects our ability to concentrate, to sleep, to feel rested and to think clearly. Mediation can be a helpful tool to become more present, to combat anxiety and worry - shifting away from stress and deepening into relaxation. Ahhhh

This mediation invites you to get extra comfortable, lie down and deepen into rest. We focus on the body, bringing awareness to all the places we may hold stress, and inviting a sense of calm and compassion from head to toe!

May you be still
May you find rest in your stillness
May your body be a place of safety and calm, a place of resource and power
May you find that your breath brings life to every square inch of your being
And may you rest deeply so that you can address each new day with the generous power of your spirit

Wholeness

a meditation

Wholeness is a quality we all desire! It is one I’ve been searching for my entire adult life! Wholeness is defined as: the state of forming a complete and harmonious whole

Wholeness is a “state of forming”, it’s active, it’s a process and we can work that process within ourselves just as we are.

Wholeness and separateness seem to be two ends of a spectrum. Parts of us can feel separated from the harmonious whole when we’ve been hurt or become burdened.

When we mask or hide parts of ourselves to fit in, those parts in us can become separated. When we’ve been hurt by someone, our wounded and vulnerable parts can become separated. When we’ve had to strive for success or safety, our playful and creative parts can become separated.

This meditation welcomes all parts that have been in hiding and all parts that have been separated with a spirit of curiosity and compassion.
